Because stem cell therapy is not the standard of care in the US, Canada or Europe, the following important disclosures are made:

• The science of treatment with stem cells is in its early stage.

• If Principal Investigator for the study accepts you for enrolment in the study after assessment of inclusion and exclusion criteria in the study protocol, the treatment will not be performed in the USA, Canada or Europe. It will be performed either in Trinidad or India.
• Registered/licensed medical doctors will only perform treatments after the patient understands and agrees to informed consent prior to study participation.
• We recommend you to always consult with your family physician or other qualified healthcare provider before seeking treatment.
• The treatments mentioned in our website are being evaluated for assessment of efficacy and safety, however have not been evaluated by the US FDA and EMEA and are not considered to be standard of care for any condition or disease.

Research participation/treatment fees

• Novo Cellular Medicine Institute is not conducting free clinical trials at this time.If you participate in this study, there will be costs to you. These include the personal time and costs incurred, as it will take to travel to the study visit. This study is funded in part by the participants. Participants will pay for those services, supplies, procedures, and care associated with this study. Novo Limited will provide additional funding, cooperative research, and additional drugs, facility, equipment, accommodation or staffing resources as necessary.
• Health insurance will not cover the research participation/treatment fees.
• Treatments include from stem cell infusions/injections by various routes of administration and in-house stay in medical facility over the course of 1-2 weeks and follow up assessments over the period of 1-2 years depending upon the protocol employed. A fee will be quoted once your eligibility for the particular study treatment protocol has been determined.
